Acceptable Use Policy

1. For any unlawful purpose, or in violation of U.S. sanctions or export controls, or to conduct or facilitate illegal activity.
2. To generate, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or any exploitation of minors. We report such content to the authorities and terminate access immediately.
3. To create or spread malware, exploits, phishing, or credential theft, or to attack, probe, scan, or circumvent the Service's or others' security, rate limits, or safety systems.
4. To infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others.
5. To harass, threaten, defame, or discriminatorily target individuals or groups, or to promote self-harm or violence against people.
6. For disinformation at scale, coordinated inauthentic behavior, spam, or deceptive political campaign content.
7. For weapons-related misuse, including development of chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear threats, or explosives.
8. To provide regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial) to others without qualified human review, or to represent AI Outputs as professional judgment.
9. To resell, sublicense, or provide pooled access to the Service to third parties without our prior written agreement.
10. To abuse the Service's economics, including automated scraping of the marketing site, sharing account credentials outside your organization, circumventing quotas, or deliberately triggering failures at our limits to obtain free usage.

We may warn, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access, and cooperate with lawful authority requests. Violations of law may be referred to appropriate authorities.
